How are my images delivered?

We upload the images to Google Drive. We then give you a private link sent to your email(s) where you can download them. 

3D Tours will be hosted for 6 months with an extension if required. Links and instructions will be sent with the final product.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfer (PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Bitcoin). A receipt will be emailed to you upon checkout.

Do you travel outside of Los Angeles?

Yes! Included in the price, are the first 30 miles round trip from Toledo. A travel fee of $0.75/mile is charged for anything beyond 30 miles from West Covina. For example, a 50-mile round trip would incur a $15 travel charge.

Do you stage the home?

For liability purposes we will not move major furniture in the home. We will only adjust minor changes that will make the shots more aesthetic. Please make sure the home and property are photo ready when we arrive. 

We can stage a home virtually. This is charged on a per image basis.

What if i’m not happy with the end product?

If you are not fully satisfied with the end product, let us know! 

We will try our best to make it right for reasonable request. We know know how much you have on your plate, we don’t want to add to your stress.
